What is God calling you to do?

You may be like me wondering. What does God want me to do for him? It is hard to figure out right? It seems like God has to tell us a thousand times before we even get the tiniest hint. Maybe this keeps us searching for God always wondering. Recently, I have been thinking a lot what is God calling for me to do. I feel that God is calling me to volunteer doing something this summer. But it is tough to figure out what exactly he is saying. Sometimes it feels like his voice is a whisper in a storm. As Christians we should wonder what is God's plan. According to God's word he has good plans for us, although they may not be easy. I almost guarantee they won't be easy. 

Jeremiah 29:11

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Why won't it be easy? Most things worth attaining aren't easy. But God will walk along side you during the good times and the bad times. It is hard to attain Holiness which we all seek,but God will help you.

Matthew 7:14

14 But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.

The way is narrow and difficult. I will encourage you with these words from the Holy Scripture.

Remember as a Christian that God will always be with you.He will tell you what he is calling you to do just be patient and you soon will know where He is calling. He loves you and he has a purpose for you. So What do you think God is calling you to do?
