The Anniversary of Former President Kennedy's assassination

He was shot by Lee Harvey Oswald. Many witnesses could figure out exactly where the shot came from. Some thought the shot came from the grassy knolls. He was pronounced dead around 1:00 pm. What do you think was he really shot by Lee Harvey Oswald? If he was do you thing it had something to do with the Soviets or Cuba?

Senate votes so filibusters will be shortened

                                  
This will shorten filibusters, so filibusters like Ted Cruz 21 hour filibuster won't happen. This will stop meaningless speeches from being spoken so senate can get to business. I think it is a great idea.

Racism still alive in America's Courts!

Some people think that we are done with racism and that it it over with. That is not true if you are a person of (Latino, African-American, Asian-American, and etc.) ethnicity. Racism abounds in america's courts for example when Trayvon Martin was brutally murdered his murderer(Zimmerman) got away with it. He was given this verdict by an all white jury. hhmmm... This was in Florida too. His father knew the judge, sound fishy? If it was the opposite way the case would have been very different. I am not saying all whites are prejudice. But it is far from the truth that all racism is gone whether it is being done by minorities or whites.
In that same state a women was imprisoned for shooting a warning shot. Her name is Marissa Alexander.  This woman is African-American. Her sentencing was 20 years. She killed no one. Luckily Mrs.Alexander has been given a retrial. Hopefully she gets justice. We need to pray that God can change the hearts of the judge and jury to rule in her favor.

Midwest hit hard by tornadoes

Sadly tornadoes have hit the Midwest.Many places were hit hard. Luckily there were not that many fatalities. We need to pray for the families that were hard hit. This is right around the holiday season. They will have a terrible thanksgiving if their houses are ruined by storms. We need to pray that God gives helps them and  that he provides for them. Thank God if you made it out of this storm safely.

Typhoon kills atleast 1.200 in the Philipines

Sadly about 1.200 people were killed in a typhoon in the Philippines. A lot of their buildings and homes were destroyed. We definitely need to pray for them as they rebuild. WE should pray that God provides for all their need. A student gets stuck between to buildings!

A 19 year-old NY university student may have been stuck between two building for two days. He is safe now and recovering in the hospital. His name is Asher Vongtau. He was rescued Sunday at 6:25 pm.
